Last night we went to shear my friends 2 sheep. As soon as we got the sheep into the barn, the 2 llamas ran over to see what was going on. Here’s what Orca said “What the HELL are you doing to my buddies??”

Once the sheep is on his butt, they usually go comatose. Brandon uses his feet to control the sheeps back and bends over to shear the belly, extra careful to avoid the ‘winkie’ and the sheep balls.

Shearing is so hard on the back. Can you imagine we had a lady last year who fussed & fumed because Brandon charged $10 a sheep? Brandon is very kind to the sheep and doesn’t rush & cut them. It takes about 30 minutes to do one from start to finish, including the feet.
